Built an internal full-stack tool with Claude Code that 20+ GTM and Solution Architecture folks now use as their daily ground truth for live deals.

Product AnalystFound churn signals nobody was watching, turned them into a CS alert system, and stopped roughly $200K in revenue from leaving. Defined 35+ retention and engagement KPIs because there wasn't a unified layer for them.
