Building AI products people actually trust.
I work on AI products and the unglamorous parts that make them reliable — evaluation, failure analysis, the boring loops that turn a demo into something an enterprise will pay for. Currently at EMA, previously product at Phenom and Blink X.
Three roles. One thread — making AI useful, then proving it.
EMA
AI Evaluation Analyst
Designed the QA framework for 50+ AI agents from scratch — the first one didn't exist, and without it the public launch couldn't happen. Built an internal full-stack tool with Claude Code that 20+ GTM and Solution Architecture folks now use as their daily ground truth for live deals.
Phenom
Product Analyst
Found churn signals nobody was watching, turned them into a CS alert system, and stopped roughly $200K in revenue from leaving. Defined 35+ retention and engagement KPIs because there wasn't a unified layer for them.
Blink X · JM Financial
Product Management Intern
Mined 25M+ user records to define personas for a new lending product. Took a stock education app from blank page to clickable prototype — roadmap, UX flows, gamification, all of it.
Product thinking, written out. The four I'd lead with.
Robotic Surgery AI Instructor — replacing the senior doctor in the room
12 patients of surgical video data. Mask-RCNN + X-Mem. 71% IoU on artery segmentation. Validated by 4 doctors from SCOPE.
EMA Claims — an AI specialist for a process that's 40% broken
US healthcare claims processing is slow, error-prone, and expensive. A persona-design approach that cuts the time in half.
Freese — building an egg-freezing platform in a country that won't talk about it
A no-code MVP, 4 user personas, 6 VC pitches, and ₹3L in grant money — all in one weekend at Masters' Union.
Aasaan Checkout — the marketplace hub D2C merchants actually wanted
Two merchant interviews, one unnamed pain (cross-platform inventory drift), and a full PRD on Notion. PM work, the long way.
Wins on paper — and the one that came with a giant yellow cheque.
Masters' Union Startup Weekend
Freese — egg-freezing awareness platform
Pitched to a panel of six VCs after a weekend build sprint. Won grant funding and the right to keep building. The photo on the right is real — yes, the cheque was that big.

Masters' Union PM Bootcamp
LMS redesign case
Ranked among the top of the bootcamp on the strength of a portal redesign case. They paid me back in tuition discount.
